Built From the Field

Overwatch Advisory was founded by a U.S. Army Special Forces veteran and credentialed behavioral threat assessment practitioner with direct experience protecting healthcare environments from targeted violence.

The name comes from firsthand experience — providing overwatch means maintaining observation and decision support from a position of advantage. That is exactly what we do for our clients: see what others miss, assess what others overlook, and act before events escalate.

We work exclusively with healthcare security leadership, risk managers, and executive teams who are serious about closing the gap between knowing a threat exists and doing something about it.

Inquire About Speaking

The Stakes Are Not Abstract

Healthcare is the most targeted sector for workplace violence in the U.S. Most incidents leave a traceable warning trail. The question is whether your organization has the capability to see it.

73%
of workplace violence occurs in healthcare
Healthcare workers face the highest rates of nonfatal workplace violence of any U.S. industry sector. The threat is not theoretical.
"Knew or
Should Have"
The legal standard that follows every incident
Post-incident litigation increasingly focuses on what the organization knew — or should have known — prior to an event. Documented threat assessment is your defense.
~80%
of targeted violence attackers communicated intent
Research consistently shows that attackers leak warning signs — to people, on social media, in grievance documents. Those signals are detectable with the right capability.
Most
Orgs
have no formal threat assessment program
A threat assessment team and structured process is the gap between reacting to tragedy and preventing it. Building that capability is exactly what we do.
